GENERAL QUESTIONS

ADA ACCESS

Bonfire Entertainment is committed to supporting all guests with disabilities so they may participate in the enjoyment of our events. For any inquiries in regards to the services and access options available please contact us at ada@bonfirentertainment.com.

General Access: The WinterWonderGrass event has no stairs. There are also no stairs inside the venue. The ADA section is located around the front of the house main stage mix position. See the venue map here.

All guests will be asked to use the front gate. There is the ADA fast lane which provides bypass access to the front gate, but due to security constraints, we cannot have additional entrances.

ADA Stage Viewing: This dedicated space is a raised platform with a ramp adjacent to the sound booth in the main venue. All attendees who would like to utilize this service should ask Box Office Staff for more information. Please see the map for additional location details.

Chairs: The front row of the ADA stage viewing area is reserved for guests with wheelchairs and mobility devices. You may bring reasonable sized folding chairs to the ADA stage viewing area. We can provide chairs for guests as needed.  Please share the platform and be mindful and kind to other users!

Service Animals: We welcome service animals at most locations throughout our event. A service animal is defined as any dog or miniature horse trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and should keep them on a leash or harness while visiting.

Emotional Support Animals: Officially not allowed in the venue, only animals that are allowed are service animals that are performing a specific task for the owner.

• WinterWonderGrass allows ADA* recognized service animals trained specifically to assist a person with disabilities at all events. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are not permitted at the festivals. If you have a certified service animal, you will be required to have your service animal with you at all times. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.

*Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the definition of “service animal” is limited to a dog (or pony) that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability who is in attendance. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Under the ADA, “comfort,” “therapy” or “emotional support animals” do not meet the definition of a service animal. – U.S. Dept. of Justice
